Can I return or exchange an item I purchased on Vet-Focus?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased. However, we do stand behind the quality of our products, so if you have any issues with the product please contact us at vetfocuslearning@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Physical Product Return Policy:If you have purchased one of our spiral book listings, it has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the item is marked as delivered to request a return. (Not all items are eligible to be returned depending on the condition of the returned book)
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
